It consists of a cross jaws system suitable to seal heat adhesive film such as PVC cellophane, polypropylene, aluminum with polyethylene and various other fusible materials..
- Strap traction system with rotating belts (straps), driven by high-tech gearmotor with adjustable speed.
- Forming tube of stainless steel at a desired diameter.
- A device that controls the end of the strap with a sensor to stop the machine when the wrapping material ends.
- Automatic machine stop if the bag does not not stick, or the product is finished.
- Bags counter (in pieces) with automatic stop. All programming is done with PLC and digital touch screen.
